CBIZ is hiring a Senior Application Security Engineer to establish and lead the enterprise Application Security function. The role defines secure-by-design architecture and standards, embeds DevSecOps controls across the software development lifecycle, partners with AI and engineering teams on AI/LLM security, conducts threat modeling and secure design reviews, manages vulnerabilities and software supply-chain controls, and provides incident response and executive reporting. The position requires extensive software and application security experience, hands-on coding, AI security expertise, and the ability to influence without direct authority in a matrix organization.
