Starburst is hiring a Senior Application Security Engineer to own and mature application and product security across its engineering organization. The role focuses on shifting security left in the SDLC, building autonomous red-teaming and threat-hunting capabilities, managing vulnerability and supply-chain security, developing security tooling, and advising enterprise customers and leadership. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong security and automation expertise, and experience leading engineers.
