OSTTRA is hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer in Gurgaon, India, to provide second- and third-line technical application and integration support for OTC derivatives and FX post-trade processing applications. The role involves client issue resolution, escalation management, release readiness, platform industrialization, application health monitoring, and collaboration with product, development, infrastructure, and global support teams. Candidates should have a bachelor's background in computer science or equivalent, 10–15 years of senior application support and project management experience, and strong skills in Java, C++, scripting, Unix, OpenShift, AWS, XML/XSLT, SQL and Oracle databases, FIX and IBM MQ, networking, SSL/TLS, and financial post-trade workflows.
