Description
Bain Capital is hiring a Senior Application Support Engineer for its Application Support Technology team. The role supports Workday and Salesforce, along with other enterprise platforms, by monitoring production systems and data pipelines, troubleshooting application, data, and integration issues, managing ITIL-based incidents, supporting access and platform administration, coordinating releases and vendor issues, and improving monitoring, automation, and support processes. The position requires 5–7 years of application or production support experience in enterprise environments, hands-on Workday experience, and ITIL best practices; Salesforce, integration, scripting, BI, AWS, SQL, and financial services experience are preferred. The expected annual base salary is $125,000–$145,000, with possible discretionary annual bonus and a competitive benefits package.
