Thalamus is hiring a Senior Application Technician for its TechOps team in Malmö to operate, troubleshoot, manage, and develop Heroma, a business-critical system supporting public-sector operations. The role covers application, database, integration, infrastructure, SQL, performance, API, and data-flow troubleshooting; installations, configurations, upgrades, automation, customer technical advice, and documentation. It requires several years of application operations or technical application management experience, strong SQL and troubleshooting skills, Swedish and English proficiency, and Swedish citizenship. The position is based at the company’s Malmö office and requires on-site work in security-classified environments.
