World Vision is hiring a remote Senior Applications Administrator for its Marketing Division to own and evolve the Freshservice platform and supporting IT service management processes. The role configures workflows, automations, integrations, user provisioning, service catalogs, and ITSM processes; partners with IT, security, infrastructure, identity, human resources, and business stakeholders; and leads platform improvements, governance, reporting, and adoption. Candidates need three to five years of enterprise application administration experience, at least three years administering enterprise service management or workflow platforms, Freshservice administration experience, and familiarity with ITIL, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, APIs, and system integrations.
