Beacon EmbeddedWorks is hiring a Senior Applications Engineer for its on-site Eden Prairie, Minnesota office. The role provides customer-facing technical support across hardware, software, and documentation while supporting embedded engineering and production through processor-platform architecture, board support package development, hardware verification, system testing and debugging, schematic review, customer training, and issue resolution. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related engineering field plus 10 years of applications-engineering experience, or a master's degree plus 8 years; expertise in Linux, working knowledge of Android and FreeRTOS, ARM embedded processors, embedded interfaces, debugging equipment, and tools such as Jira, Git, and Zoho. It is full-time, on-site, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $100,000 or more, relocation benefits, and a US Person requirement under ITAR/EAR regulations.
