Description
Standard Bots is hiring a Senior Applications Engineer to design, build, install, integrate, commission, and support industrial robot solutions for customers. The role combines mechanical, electrical, and software expertise, including PLC and ladder logic, pneumatics, robot programming, Python scripting, CAD, fixture and wiring work, and customer training. It is technically remote but requires living on the West Coast, up to 50% domestic travel, and hands-on customer-site work. The position requires 6+ years of industrial automation experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent hands-on experience, with compensation of $150,000 to $200,000 plus benefits.
