The role assesses feasibility early in the sales cycle, develops first-cut design concepts, documents customer requirements for internal product development, and acts as the senior technical voice in proposals and customer-facing conversations. Candidates need at least seven years of experience in applications engineering, sales engineering, or technical product roles within manufacturing, along with strong communication, feasibility assessment, and relationship-building skills. The position offers an annual base salary of $140,800 to $193,698, variable compensation, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
