Description
Synopsys is hiring a technical support engineer to provide customer-facing support for EDA tools, diagnose digital design, RTL, and verification issues, reproduce and resolve bugs, guide deployments, and collaborate with global engineering teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in electronics or electrical engineering, 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, strong digital electronics and logic design knowledge, and hands-on experience with Verilog or VHDL. The Colombo-based team supports customers globally and offers remote collaboration across time zones.
