Description
Qualitate is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer to build and scale the LLM and retrieval systems powering its AI Moderator, which conducts thousands of real-time expert interviews and produces structured, queryable intelligence. The role owns LLM orchestration, prompt and context design, model routing, latency optimization, production APIs, evaluation and guardrails, and downstream retrieval and generation processes. It requires 5+ years of applied AI/ML production experience, strong LLM and backend engineering skills, vector database and search expertise, and experience with messy unstructured data. The position is full-time and in-person in New York City, with competitive base salary, bonus, equity, and health coverage.
