Culture Amp is hiring a Senior Applied AI Engineer for its Frontier team to build production-grade agentic AI solutions for employee experience. The role combines applied AI research with product engineering, focusing on multi-turn conversational systems, knowledge graphs, RAG, memory, data pipelines, prompt and system evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI. Candidates need commercial ML/AI production experience, knowledge-graph and graph-database expertise, production LLM evaluation and observability, multi-agentic system design, full-stack development, and data-pipeline integration. The role is hybrid, with most employees working from a local Culture Amp office two days per week, and offers medical insurance for employees and families in the United States and United Kingdom.
