Description
The Applied AI Engineer will design, build, evaluate, and ship production agentic systems and AI-powered workflows for learning-technology products. Responsibilities include agentic workflows, operational automation, evaluation and golden datasets, safety and compliance controls, handoffs to receiving teams, and internal engineering patterns. The role requires 7+ years of professional engineering experience, including at least 1 year building agentic systems, strong Python and typed-language production-service experience, cloud and container deployment experience, and production LLM feature experience. The position is onsite five days per week in Austin, Texas, with relocation offered.
