Description
Qualysoft is seeking a Python Software Engineer to partner with technologists and business stakeholders on automation and AI-enabled product development. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining internal applications, APIs, dashboards, AI agents, and workflows; building scalable data models; prototyping solutions; and establishing governance and reusable frameworks for responsible AI adoption. The position requires at least seven years of Python software development experience, experience with modern Python frameworks and APIs, knowledge of SQL and database design, and at least two years of hands-on Generative AI experience.
