Pivotal Health is hiring a Senior Applied AI/ML Engineer to design, build, deploy, evaluate, monitor, and continuously improve production AI systems for healthcare reimbursement workflows. The role focuses on LLM-powered applications, agentic workflows, intelligent automation, experimentation, evaluation, backend systems, observability, and reliable AI infrastructure. Candidates need 5–8+ years of production software experience, applied AI or machine learning experience, strong Python and backend skills, and the ability to translate complex operational requirements into shipped products.
