VeSync is hiring a Senior Applied Behavioral Scientist to lead the decision logic and statistical and causal-inference architecture of its just-in-time adaptive intervention system. The role owns behavioral taxonomy development, intervention decision rules, personalized learning-loop attribution, adaptive experimentation, N-of-1 designs, and instrumentation requirements, while partnering with AI/ML, engineering, and behavioral analyst teams. It requires a PhD in a relevant field, at least five years of senior behavioral science experience, and expertise in behavior change frameworks, causal inference, adaptive methods, and applied quantitative research. The position is full-time in Tustin, California, with a starting annual salary of $200,000 and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
