Description
Deepgram is seeking a Senior Applied Engineer to join their Applied Engineering team in a Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) role focusing on federal customers. The successful candidate will lead complex deployments of Deepgram's Voice AI platform in production environments, owning the full technical lifecycle from discovery to optimization. They will also act as a technical thought partner for federal stakeholders, guiding adoption and influencing the product roadmap. This role involves deep customer integration, designing mission-critical applications, prototyping full-stack integrations, and proactively optimizing performance. The position requires strong autonomy in managing customer environments with unique infrastructure and compliance constraints, contributing to reusable solutions, and collaborating internally to enhance the federal go-to-market strategy.
