MaintainX is hiring a Senior Applied Machine Learning Developer to lead the technical direction and architecture of predictive maintenance and asset intelligence initiatives. The role covers end-to-end ML system architecture, production model deployment and monitoring, LLM-powered reasoning and agentic workflows, data feedback loops, performance optimization, and mentorship of ML and data developers. Candidates need 7+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI, strong Python and cloud ML expertise, production-scale deployment experience, and knowledge of MLOps tooling.
