Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Senior Arc Support Engineer to lead onsite troubleshooting of customer-reported issues involving Juniper switching platforms. The role isolates hardware and software problems, replicates customer environments, documents cases, partners with internal teams, supports testing and deployment, contributes to knowledge and training activities, and mentors support engineers. Candidates need a B.E. in Electronics/Engineering or Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, at least five years of networking industry experience, and strong Layer 3 and Layer 2 networking knowledge; Junos, datacenter technologies, scripting, and relevant certifications are preferred. The position is primarily onsite at an HPE office, with weekend coverage and pager rotation.
