Description
EXP is hiring a Senior Architect to lead the technical development of pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and semiconductor science and technology building projects from conceptual design through construction documents and construction. The role coordinates architects, engineers, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders; develops design concepts and presentation materials; manages projects nationwide from the Chicago office; and participates in business development. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, an architectural license, extensive experience in life sciences, industrial, laboratory, or healthcare facilities, and at least 10 years of experience. The salary range is $120,000 to $150,000, with health insurance and other benefits.
