West Monroe is looking for a Senior Architect to lead the technical vision, architecture, and engineering strategy for their Asset Suite. The role involves evolving proprietary software assets, AI capabilities, and reusable platforms to enable scalable client delivery. As a senior technical leader, the architect will collaborate with various internal teams to define technology roadmaps, establish engineering standards, and ensure product security and scalability. They will also champion modern software engineering practices, cloud-native architectures, and AI-enabled capabilities, while mentoring engineering teams and promoting technical excellence.
