Description
Empower is hiring a Senior Integration Architect (Data & APIs) to design and evolve enterprise integration architecture, including API-first and event-driven systems. The role covers REST/gRPC APIs, asynchronous messaging, data contracts, distributed-system reliability, legacy modernization, API lifecycle governance, and architectural leadership. Required experience includes scalable distributed-system integrations, API and data-exchange design, event-driven architectures, reliability, legacy and modern systems, and backend or service-based development in Java, Python, or similar languages. API management, messaging platforms, cloud-native architectures, and architecture governance are preferred; a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field is required.
