Description
EXP is hiring a Senior Architect, Education to lead K-12 and post-secondary architectural projects from programming and concept design through construction and closeout. The role involves translating educational and operational requirements into sustainable, accessible, and durable learning environments; coordinating multidisciplinary teams and consultants; preparing design documents and Revit models; supporting procurement and construction; maintaining client relationships; and mentoring junior staff. The position is based in the Halifax office, with travel to project sites and client meetings in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick as required.
