Description
The Architectural Project Manager will lead architectural design and construction-drawing teams, coordinate consultants and building disciplines, manage client communication, and oversee project delivery against cost, quality, and schedule targets. The role also handles planning, scheduling, staffing, forecasting, financial performance, invoicing, and RFP preparation. Candidates need a licensed architectural qualification or professional designation in a design or construction field, at least 10 years of similar experience, and knowledge of relevant design and construction software; BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, visualization, Adobe, Microsoft 365, and Bluebeam are preferred. Compensation ranges from $99,900 to $146,500 depending on Canadian province or territory.
