Description
The Senior Architectural Project Manager – Higher Education leads architectural projects from budget development through construction administration, managing schedules, budgets, staffing, quality, client relationships, proposals, contracts, and project changes. The role coordinates architects, contractors, review agencies, engineering and specialty consultants, and supervises multiple project teams. Required qualifications include California Community College project experience, Division of the State Architect approvals, an architectural license, and proficiency in Bluebeam; preferred qualifications include experience with LACCD, UC, CSU, campus planning, Revit, and LEED Accreditation.
