Shield AI is hiring a Senior Architecture and Infrastructure Test Engineer to design, validate, and deploy advanced test systems for X-BAT UAV hardware. The role covers custom PCB and test-interface architecture, automated Python test sequences, electrical and mechanical test stands, relays, PLCs, PCBAs, harnessing, and HASS, ESS, and HALT testing. The engineer will also lead cross-functional design reviews, advocate for design-for-testability improvements, and mentor junior engineers. The position requires a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field, at least three years of hardware design and test engineering experience, US citizenship, and an active Top Secret clearance or eligibility to achieve it.
