NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Architecture Energy Modeling Engineer to develop machine-learning-based power and energy models for GPUs, CPUs, and Tegra SOCs. The role involves creating and improving models across architectural, RTL, emulation, and silicon stages; estimating data-movement power; correlating predictions with silicon behavior; integrating models into performance and power reporting platforms; debugging energy inefficiencies; and prototyping energy-efficient architectural features. Candidates need an MS or equivalent experience, a PhD in a related field, at least six years of experience, strong Python or C++ coding skills, and a background in machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and computer architecture. The base salary range is 168,000 USD to 264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits.
