NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Architecture Energy Modeling Engineer for its Power Modeling, Methodology and Analysis Team. The role develops machine-learning-based power and energy models for NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, and Tegra SOCs; trains and improves models; estimates data-movement power; correlates early-stage energy estimates with silicon; integrates models into performance and simulation platforms; and helps improve GPU performance-per-watt. Candidates need an MS or PhD in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least five years of experience, strong coding skills, and a background in machine learning, computer architecture, and energy-efficient design. The base salary range is 136,000–218,500 USD for Level 3 and 168,000–264,500 USD for Level 4, with equity and benefits, and applications were accepted until August 25, 2026.
