Ross Stores, Inc. is hiring a Senior Area Loss Prevention Manager to protect company assets and lead loss prevention, shortage control, theft/fraud mitigation, and safety programs across assigned stores/districts/regions. The role partners with Operations, Human Resources, and field leadership to reduce operational shortage, investigate internal and external theft, manage safety and crisis response, and train/develop Area Loss Prevention Managers and Store Protection Specialists. It is a full-time field leadership role based in Dallas, Texas with hybrid work indicated.
