Description
Wiltshire Council is hiring a Senior Area Surveyor to lead asset maintenance across its housing portfolio in Wiltshire. The role oversees planned maintenance, major repairs, damp and mould investigations, HHSRS compliance, and energy efficiency improvements; manages contractors, consultants, contracts, budgets, and projects from inception to completion; and provides technical leadership to Area Maintenance Surveyors and Repairs Surveyors. The position requires substantial building surveying, asset management, contract management, and project delivery experience, ideally in social housing, along with strong communication, reporting, stakeholder-management, and Microsoft Office skills. It pays £47,665–£49,817 per annum for 37 hours per week and follows a hybrid working model.
