Schaefer Advertising is hiring a Senior Art Director in Fort Worth, Texas, for a full-time creative role. The position is hands-on and responsible for concepting and art directing integrated brand campaigns across photography, video, digital, social, motion, environmental, and out-of-home work; developing visual systems; directing freelance creatives; mentoring the team; and presenting visual thinking to clients. The role requires at least six years of experience in an advertising agency, design studio, or comparable creative environment, a strong portfolio, and fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
