Misfits Market is hiring a Senior Art Director to own and evolve the company’s visual identity and lead a small creative studio across digital, social, email, motion, landing pages, photography, and private-label packaging. The role requires strong creative leadership, hands-on visual design expertise, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and external agencies, with weekly on-site presence in Bushwick. It is a full-time exempt position with a $140k-$150k salary range and benefits including stock options, unlimited PTO, and multiple health plan options.
