TOTVS is hiring an AI Copilot Engineer to develop, maintain, and scale AI solutions that integrate Marketing, CRM, and Conversations solutions through natural language. The role focuses on LLMOps, prompt engineering, A/B testing, model evaluation, API and document-database integration, cloud deployment, latency and scalability optimization, and monitoring AI performance. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant technical field, full-lifecycle AI product experience, Python and AI-framework expertise, and Google Cloud Platform experience; prior agent or conversational-system experience is a plus.
