Description

Ciklum is hiring a senior AI/ML platform engineer in India to architect and build Bank of America’s enterprise-scale Generative AI and data platforms. The role leads reusable self-service platform services, agentic AI and event-driven architectures, cloud-native modernization, governance, security, CI/CD, DevSecOps, observability, and technical leadership across cross-functional teams. It requires a technical degree and 10+ years of experience with enterprise AI/data platforms, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, Python, Kubernetes, cloud engineering, streaming, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years designing and building enterprise-scale AI and data platforms
Experience architecting enterprise Generative AI platforms with LLMs, agents, retrieval, prompt orchestration, vector architectures, and governance
Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures using Kafka, Spark, Flink, or equivalent frameworks
Experience deploying scalable AI and data workloads on Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native environments
Experience developing enterprise APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience implementing CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with enterprise GenAI ecosystems, model and prompt management, vector databases, agent orchestration, and responsible AI
Knowledge of cloud-native AI and data platforms across public and private clouds
Experience with developer platforms, AI copilots, self-service data products, or platform product management
Experience establishing AI governance, compliance, risk controls, and responsible AI practices
Success leading large-scale platform transformations and modernizing legacy analytics and data science systems
