Description
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior ASIC Design Engineer for its GPU Design team to implement, document, and deliver high-performance, area- and power-efficient RTL designs. The role involves architectural trade-off analysis, micro-architecture and RTL development, verification, synthesis, timing analysis, and collaboration with architects, verification, synthesis, timing, and back-end teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in electrical, computer, or computer science engineering, at least 8 years of meaningful experience, and expertise in micro-architecture, RTL, digital systems, VLSI, computer architecture, and computer arithmetic. The position is hybrid and offers a base salary of 168,000–264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000–310,500 USD for Level 5, along with equity and benefits.
