NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Verification Engineer for its Memory Management Unit to verify GPU ASIC designs. The role involves defining verification scope, building testbenches, BFMs, checkers, and monitors, developing test and coverage plans, and collaborating with architects, designers, and software engineers. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field, at least 8 years of relevant work or research experience, and expertise in computer architecture, ASIC design and verification, SystemVerilog, C or C++, constrained random testing, functional coverage, assertions, and simulation and debug tools. The base salary range is 168,000 USD to 264,500 USD for Level 4 and 196,000 USD to 310,500 USD for Level 5, with equity and benefits; applications were accepted until September 6, 2026.
