MN8 Energy is hiring a Senior Asset Manager to manage the commercial, technical, financial, contractual, and regulatory aspects of operating renewable energy assets, primarily solar photovoltaic projects, from either Boca Raton, Florida or Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. The role owns asset P&Ls, tracks performance metrics, manages counterparties and stakeholders, supports operations, audits, tax, acquisitions, due diligence, and financial transactions, and helps improve operational processes. It requires 4–5 years of renewable asset management or operations experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, renewable-energy technical expertise, financial and accounting understanding, and strong communication, negotiation, planning, and organizational skills. The position follows a hybrid Tuesday–Thursday office schedule with remote work Mondays and Fridays.
