Description
The Senior Asset Manager, Commercial Servicing will monitor and service assigned commercial real estate loans, serve as the primary contact for borrowers and investors, oversee portfolio compliance and financial performance, resolve delinquencies and borrower requests, prepare investor reports, and mentor Asset Managers. The role requires at least eight years of CRE loan servicing experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with the CRE loan life cycle; it is an individual-contributor position reporting to a manager and offers a salary of $85,000 to $110,000 per year plus potential annual bonuses.
