Description
The Senior Asset Protection Specialist safeguards company property, investigates theft and unauthorized possession, monitors security and fire alarm systems, controls access and key issuance, and leads loss-prevention activities across stores, off-site facilities, ADC locations, and transportation. The role also provides leadership, coaching, training, and discipline to employees and service participants, while maintaining safety, confidentiality, and compliance. It requires a high school education, a preferred bachelor’s degree, three years of security, loss prevention, or investigative experience, one supervisory experience, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to work independently and handle security matters around the clock.
