Caliber Car Wash is hiring a full-time Sr. Assistant Store Manager to support and manage its express tunnel car wash. The role trains and coaches staff, resolves customer complaints, communicates company goals, supports business growth, and manages the site when the Site Manager is absent. Candidates need at least two years of customer service management experience, strong leadership and customer-service skills, computer and POS proficiency, and availability for a flexible schedule including weekends. Pay starts at $17.00–$19.00 per hour plus bonuses and commission, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
