RSM is hiring a Senior Associate for its Office of Risk Management Digital team to support digital transformation through software enhancements, integrations, and automation solutions. The role involves evaluating business processes, designing applications and data models, troubleshooting production issues, performing unit testing, and leading junior developers. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least four years of full-time development experience, relational database and integration experience, Agile and enterprise-systems experience, and a Level 2 or higher Appian credential.
