The role involves managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters, leading complex transactions, providing legal advice, building client relationships, drafting documentation, collaborating with other teams, identifying and managing risks, supervising junior team members, contributing to business development, and supporting the growth of the Commercial Property team.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Extensive experience working as a solicitor with Commercial Property law carrying out complex transactions with no supervision and having a mixed portfolio of work.
Experience of supervision and development of other team members.
Previous experience of proactive business development and marketing, capable of generating new revenue streams and promoting the firm's services both internally and externally.
Well-organized, technically proficient, and a leader.
Excellent communication skills, adept at handling challenging discussions.
Proven experience in independently managing a caseload, showcasing strong organizational skills and sound financial hygiene.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar role.
