L3Harris is hiring a Senior Associate, Aircraft Maintenance – (Requirements Documentation) in Greenville, Texas. The role supports a Maintenance Requirements team by overseeing Production Control Station processes, maintaining aircraft maintenance and inspection documentation, updating maintenance databases, capturing configuration changes, and supporting fleet airworthiness in accordance with FAA, aircraft manufacturer, and engineering requirements. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least four years of relevant experience, or an associate’s degree with related experience, along with aircraft/aviation maintenance experience, SAP experience, and an active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.
