Symetra is hiring a Senior Associate for Alternative Assets at Symetra Investment Management to source, evaluate, execute, and monitor alternative asset investments for client portfolios, especially affiliated life insurance clients. The role focuses on manager due diligence, investment modeling and reporting, legal/compliance coordination, and ongoing surveillance of externally managed positions such as private equity, private credit, secondaries, CLO equity, affordable housing tax credit funds, and co-investments. This is a hybrid position based in Farmington, Connecticut with mandatory in-office presence two days per week, and it offers a salary range of $145,900 to $197,400 plus annual bonus eligibility.
