Description
Ascot Group is hiring a Senior Associate, Alternative Investments to support its alternatives investment activities across private markets, hedge funds, and other externally managed or partnership-driven strategies. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Investment Officer, the role covers sourcing and screening, manager and fund diligence, investment analysis and recommendations, monitoring, reporting, portfolio support, and process improvement. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of relevant alternative-investment experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and the ability to synthesize diligence findings into written recommendations. The annualized base pay range is $140,000 to $170,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
