Inroads is hiring a Senior Associate, Analytics to work with analysts, data scientists, and engineers on analytics projects evaluating consumer outreach performance, enrollment trends, and the impact of health policies on Marketplace consumers. The role involves SQL, R, or Python analysis; report, policy brief, dashboard, and data visualization development; data cleaning and quality control; troubleshooting; and translating insights into recommendations for federal clients. Candidates need at least two years of applied experience with structured and unstructured data, an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field or equivalent technical training, cloud analytics experience, and the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust background investigation. The position offers a $75,000 salary, health insurance, retirement matching, leave, and remote-friendly work within the United States.
