Meesho is hiring an Assistant Manager - F&E to identify problems, set priorities, develop solutions, and drive implementation across its Fulfilment and Experience team. The role owns key decisions for program expansion, monitors logistics control tower metrics, coordinates with planning and business finance teams on allocation changes, provides operational insights, and engages leadership. It requires a B.Tech from a premium undergraduate college, 2–4 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, quick commerce, or D2C companies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities; control tower and MBA experience are preferred.
