Eight Advisory is hiring a Senior Associate to support corporate and private equity clients through acquisition and disposal M&A processes, from initial client meetings and deal analysis through closing. The role involves financial statement and business-plan analysis, identifying transaction issues and drivers, preparing reports for stakeholders, contributing to business development, and guiding junior team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–3 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory or financial due diligence, strong financial analysis and communication skills, English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
