Prophet is hiring a Senior Associate to support high-impact client work across brand, marketing, customer experience, and business transformation. The role involves framing problems, developing strategic approaches, conducting market and customer analysis, creating client-ready deliverables, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to business development. Candidates need at least three years of strategy consulting or brand/corporate experience, a bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic performance, strong business acumen and communication skills, leadership experience, and familiarity with AI tools or GenAI applications. The position requires being in the office or at a client site three or more days per week and offers a salary of $110,000 to $125,000.
