Description
Workman is seeking a senior property-management leader to develop and manage client relationships and oversee a diverse nationwide mixed-use property portfolio. The role leads property managers, support staff, and onsite teams; manages client reporting, compliance, safety, insurance, budgets, capital planning, tenant satisfaction, and escalated concerns; and mentors Property Management Surveyors. The position requires MRCIS or similar qualification, leadership and client-service experience, and strong financial and commercial acumen.
